Damaged Items and Repairs
If your item arrives damaged, we offer a repair service at extra charges. Please follow the steps below to initiate a repair:
1. Email our customer service at pahelbymeghna@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at the given contact number or DM on Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
2. Receive Repair Instructions: We will provide instructions on sending the item back to us for repair.
3. Ship Your Item. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We expect our customers to bear the shipping charges to send the item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you.
